Hitokara: Instrumental Madness

In search of the latest releases for the month of May, I stumbled upon a youtube page providing karaoke videos. And interestingly, while thinking of a good title for this post, I've learned a karaoke term which refers to the act of singing karaoke alone. Hitokara, a japanese word, came from the words 'hito', meaning alone or one person, and 'kara', meaning karaoke. The word being defined as such can be a very interesting pastime for people, especially Filipinos, who are very much inclined to music. Whether you're a pro or just so-so, out of tune or not, hitokara is one good way of enjoying the beauty of music. Going back to that page I've discovered, it shares lots of mainstream hits turned into karaoke/instrumental tunes where you can sing along as the lyrics are as well provided on the screen. Chart toppers like Rihanna's Rude Boy, Train's Hey, Soul Sister, and Justin Beiber's Baby are just a few personal favorites which you don't want to miss out as well.
